First, the product features:
Jxin588 is a paste-like one-component room-temperature-curing silicone rubber. Neutral curing emits low-molecular crosslinking by reacting with moisture in the air to form a high-performance elastomer. For most metals, plastics are non-corrosive and have good adhesion. Excellent resistance to cold and heat, aging and electrical insulation, excellent moisture, water, shock, corona and leakage resistance performance. Fully in line with EU ROHS directive requirements.

Second, the typical use:
1. Insulation bonding and sealing of high voltage parts such as PTC, CRT tube, DY deflection coil
2. The circuit board components are bonded and fixed, which is insulated, moisture-proof and shockproof.
3. The power module components are bonded and fixed.

Fourth, the use of technology:

1. Clean the surface: clean the surface of the object to be glued or coated, and remove rust, dust and oil.
2. Apply glue: Unscrew (or cut open) the rubber cap, squeeze the glue onto the cleaned surface, make it evenly distributed, and fix the adhesive surface.
3. Curing: Place the glued or sealed parts in the air to allow them to cure naturally. The curing process is a curing process from the surface to the inside. Within 24 hours (room temperature and 55% relative humidity), the glue will cure to a depth of 2 to 4 mm. If the application position is deep, especially in areas where air is not easily accessible, The time for complete curing will be extended. If the temperature is lower, the curing time will be extended. It takes more than 7 days for the 6mm thick sealant to fully cure.

Five, note:
1. After the operation is completed, the unused glue should be tightened immediately and sealed. When using it again, if there is a little crust at the seal, remove it and it will not affect the normal use. During the storage process, there may be a small amount of solidification in the mouth of the tube. After it is removed, it can be used normally without affecting product performance.

7. Storage and transportation:
1. This product should be stored in a cool and dry environment below 25 °C. The storage period is below 6 °C for 6 months.
